The Priss and Frank Family Center began with one goal in mind; to provide a safe, home-like environment for supervised visitation between children in foster care and their parents. When the parents of children in foster care are trying diligently to get custody of their children back, they are ordered to complete a long list of requirements.   Among these requirement are: to take parenting classes; understand the different stages of development children go through; learn how to discipline their children without hurting them; and visit their children on a regular basis. Unfortunately the child welfare system is not perfect and many times the children are only visiting  with their parents once or twice a month. Before the Center opened, many visits took place at the DFCS office or at a fast food restaurant.

Steven is a teenage rapper/singer straight out of Warner Robins, Georgia. Growing up in the rural areas of the "deep South" he took an interest in music as a young child. His father, Stan bush was one of the largest contributions to his love for music, the reason being Stan always kept his guitar around. Steven was practically born into the world with melodies and harmonies flowing around his head. Steven was raised on classic rock bands such as Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones, but as times changed so did his point of view. One day Steven popped in Trap Muzic by T.I. and had the disc on repeat for months. But after getting tired of the same old songs over and over again, Steven began to listen to alternative rock. This change gave Steven a very open and curious mind to music. Loving all forms and genres of music he began to dream about one day being a famous musician. Not knowing at the time what genre he would call his own. After failing very strenuous guitar lessons Steven put the acoustics down and began to listen to Hip Hop again.
