Joomla or Word Press Installation

Joomla is one of the world's easiest and most popular Content Management Systems... so is WordPress.  If you would like to have one of these applications installed, we can help.  Our prices are as follows:

• On your servers - AFTER we get receive your order and determine the hosting environment, we will give you a yes or no on the installation.  Our charge for that is $100.  Installation includes, but is not limited to:
  • Enabling Search Engine Friendly mode
  • Installation of 404SEF or another SEF component of our choosing and recommendation
  • Customization of the text mode of Joomla's standard installation template.
  • Import of our Visionary Marketing Database to give you a jump start on your site.
  • Basic instructions on how to change your content based on the Visionary marketing database.
• On Our servers with any subscription - free of charge

Joomla Module/Component Installation

There are so many modules to install with Joomla that it is virtually impossible to price every module installation, in our shopping cart.  Rather, we will give you a basic installation price, and will customize that price depending on the requests that you make for the installation.  Please bear in mind that major components, modules, and add-ons (such as Community Builder, K2, Joomlapolis)  are not included in this group.

• On your servers - once we have verified your installation environment meets the minimum requirements we will install most components for $50.00 (does not include the price, if any... of the component to be installed)  Depending on the component/module...customization varies.
• On Our Servers - Installation under the Visionary Subscription is included, except in cases where there is a charge for the software.

Community Builder Installatioin

Community Builder integrates all features needed to allow your users to present themselves on your site and to organize and present the user data in a structured way.  Community Builder supports many of the same features that you find of Facebook, MySpace, Blogger, and other social networking sites.  Our installation includes customization similar to what you find on the Sales Training And Networking site.  We install it using a checklist that has been created duriing the installation of the application on many, many other sites.  This price includes the documentation fee, which MUST be paid to the Joomlapolis Core Team prior to the installation of this package.  It does NOT include any template customization, or changes in the way the stock Community Builder performs.

• On your Servers - after we have determined
  • that your current installation is stable
  • that your installation meets the minimum requirements for the software
  • that you are the owner or technical support of the domain
  • what your expectations are

We will install Community Builder for $150.00

• On Our Servers - under a Visionary Subscription agreement our installation, with the same requirments as above... is $75.00

Remote Support

S.T.A.N. provides 'Remote Computer Support' as a separate service or as part of a package. This allows us to respond to situations and resolve problems as they arise, using the latest remote support technology and the internet.

Remote investigation of issues through an end user support portal. Preventative maintenance and system checks by IT engineers who can take control of a computer as necessary.

Using the latest technology, we offer a comprehensive remote IT support solution package, to give you all the benefits:

• rapid response, no waiting for the engineer to call
• with up to 90% of IT issues resolved remotely there are fewer callouts, saving time, increasing productivity
• an energy efficient service, which means reducing carbon emissions, good for the plane

There is a minimum $75 charge for remote services, and allow for 30 minutes of support for those not under contract.  Over 90% of the most common issues can be resolved within this time frame.  Connection time is included in the 30 minutes.  This support is available to the Apprentice subscriber level.

The minimum charge for Subscribers to the site is $50.00 for Mentor level subscribers.  Visionary subscribers enjoy remote computer support as part of their package.
