We recieved the following email, from an apprentice level subscriber. I am trying to access the RocketTheme Terran Tribune module positions PDF document on your web site. Although I am a registered user I still do not have access to this document. How can I get access? Thank you.
There was a problem on signup, where the subscriber was not being put in the correct group. We hope this has been resolved. If you are experiencing the same issue, please let us know and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
